Certified Yoga Instructor
Belle began practicing yoga in March of 2016 and enjoyed it so much that she pursued her certification to teach others. She received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in the Vinyasa Track from Yoga Yoga, Austin in August of 2018, and has been teaching Power yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha ever since.
Bella and her husband are currently expecting their first Baby in April of 2020, and while she does not want to give up teaching yoga, she has realized that it is time to shift her focus with teaching and her practice.
Her passion for yoga and desire to incorporate it into her daily life whether it be via prayer, meditation, Asana, Pranayama, or another avenue is something she wishes to share with a community of expecting mothers. Together she aims to calm and unite each student's body and mind with their Baby that they have the beautiful opportunity to share a home with for 9-10 beautiful months!
What is Prenatal Yoga?
Prenatal yoga is a multi-faceted approach to exercise that focuses on promoting stretching, mental focusing and centered breathing. Similar to other types of childbirth preparation classes, prenatal yoga can prepare you for labor and promote your baby's health.
If you are pregnant and seeking out ways to relax or stay fit, prenatal yoga may be for you. Learn ways to modify your yoga practice to fit your growing child and every changing body. Feel free to take the time to speak with your instructor about your pregnancy journey before starting the class.
Research has suggested that when prenatal yoga is safely practiced, it may have significant benefits for mom and baby including:
Improved endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
Reduced stress and/or anxiety
Decreased lower back pain
Decreased nausea and headaches
Decreased shortness of breath
