Massage Therapy

Massage is an important part of any wellness program and is proven to reduce stress, improve circulation, and elevate mood in addition to many other health benefits.
Massage is generally safe for all people and can be modified to accommodate each client’s needs. We have two massage therapists on-site with different specialties. Whether you are looking for a therapeutic massage or you need a specific area addressed, we can accommodate your needs.

Medea Taylor

I entered massage to help people by reducing stress and pain and offer an environment that is accepting and relaxing. My goal for every session is to help you feel more comfortable in your body.
