Dr. Nicole Laird, PT, DPT
Owner, Physical Therapist
As a mother herself, Nicole understands that it is hard to figure out how to get it all done. After having her son, and realizing that there was a huge lack of information, guidance, and knowledge for postpartum women, Nicole knew she had to help guide women back to their health, fitness, and exercise routines safely. Nicole was plagued with minor injury after injury when trying to return to her favorite activities of CrossFit, yoga, and running after having her son, she knew she needed to develop a safe place for women to learn how to build strength again from the inside out.

Physical Therapist, Wellness Coach
Rachel’s physical therapy journey started when she became a physical therapy tech at an outpatient practice. She loved that people’s lives were being changed through exercise and she played a part in their healing stories. As part of her undergraduate capstone project, she worked with physical therapists in Kenya and Poland to distribute wheelchairs to those without and her love for therapy increased. My name is Claudia McBrayer. I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. I offer 1-1 or small group training and fitness classes. I am a licensed RN with a master’s in nursing education. After spending 13 years as a Cardiovascular and telemetry nurse, I spent 3 years teaching at Wayland Baptist University, then I returned to fitness training.
